Art Consulting, the art consultancy studio founded by Marina Pizziolo and Romano Ravasio more than 15 years ago, is specialized in dealing with all the issues concerning acquiring artworks, organizing and managing high-profile collections. Art Consulting has now its new Beijing-based branch, opened in May this year. Located in the newly developed 318 International Art District, close to the well-known areas of 798 and Caochangdi, this new office will support you directly in Beijing.
Manuela Lietti (in the picture), is a curator and art critic who has been based in Beijing from 2003. She has joined our international team as an art consultant, as well as manager of the project Art Consulting Asia aimed at widening the already existing network in other major Asian markets. She is the local reference of Chinese art and local collectors. Since her arrival in Beijing, Lietti has been involved in various curatorial projects both in China and abroad: the Venice Biennale and the Government of the Netherlands are just two of the institutions she worked with. The professional experience completed through these years working side by side with distinguished artists and galleries has given her the opportunity to come in contact with prominent collectors. Her academic background and her practical experience have allowed her to gain valuable first-hand and in-depth knowledge of the Chinese art system in all its aspects.
