General conditions

• All fees are quoted excluding VAT;
• All fees are quoted excluding travel expenses (25 eurocents per kilometre) and travel time (50,- euros per travelling hour);
• At the theme sessions or counsel hours, you may be accompanied by one person at the most; With more participants, a price will be proposed in advance depending on the situation;
• Counsel hours can take place face-to-face or by phone;
• A minimum of 2 hours applies to each face-to-face counsel hour;
• A minimum of 15 minutes applies to each counsel hour by phone;

For that reason, Wim Reiff prefers to do the intake and possible follow-up conversations at your home or at another location where you feel comfortable.
